What does your job as an IT Access Management Specialist look like?

As an IT Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing identity & user access management (IAM & UAM) within our organization.

You ensure that employees have the correct access rights at the right time. You will work with the tool SailPoint (IdentityNow).
You handle access requests and also perform periodic checks to verify where and when accesses need to be updated or changed.
You ensure that team members have access to the appropriate applications, depending on their roles and responsibilities, even during team changes.
You work closely with various teams to ensure efficient and secure access management and contribute to compliance with internal and external audits.
Additionally, you provide support for first and second-line questions related to access management.
You also develop training materials to raise awareness among colleagues about their responsibilities within IAM/UAM.

This is how you fit perfectly into our team

You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational IT role focused on access management. Knowledge of IAM/UAM tools (such as SailPoint) and experience with IT infrastructures and cloud technologies are a plus.
You have experience with query languages, such as SQL.
You have a perfect knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a valuable asset.
You have a passion for everything related to IT Security and are motivated to take on an expert role within two years.
You have project management experience and can easily collaborate with various parties to achieve a goal.
You have a strong customer-oriented mindset and work well with all levels within the organization.
