Job Descriptions:
Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to account management process and result
Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
Leading and mentoring account management team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
Maintain positive relationships across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users
Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency
Collaborate with internal cross-function to enable product roadmap, customer needs, and overall communication
Establish Ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance
Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of Sales/Aftersales experience.
Target and incentives oriented
Proven track record in achieving sales quota
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly
Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use, also able to work under pressure
