Hireview is a recruitment and employer branding consulting agency, dedicated to bringing our growing clients the quality and expertise in HR. Only dedicated and goal-orientated people work here. And currently, we are looking for a new team member :)

We are inviting a Recruiter to join us in helping international companies grow in Lithuania by reducing our clients’ time-to-hire by building a strong tech talent pipeline and promoting their employer brand.

What would you do?

Conduct market research;
Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on client needs;
Source potential candidates and conduct interviews;
Develop a sustainable candidate pipeline;
Report to clients about recruitment status;
Build long-term client relationships.

What should you know?

Experience as an IT Recruiter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist is a big plus;
Hands-on experience with various interview formats is preferred;
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
