AccuSourceHR is looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to innovate cutting-edge, customer-facing applications. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, have a strong passion for software development and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enhance our current web-based platform and innovate new greenfield products using PHP, Vue.js, Python and MySQL on AWS using micro-services, serverless and other relevant architecture.
Build unit tests and develop high-quality and maintainable software.
Adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions, following best practices and coding standards.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.
Document software design, development processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams and product owners.
Work closely with experienced developers, software architects, and project managers to create high-quality solutions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in web application development.
3+ years of experience in PHP
3+ years of experience in back-end development.
1+ years of experience front-end development
Expertise in backend programming including database programming and Rest API programming
Expertise in using MVC design pattern with any framework such as Phalcon, Laravel, Symfony, etc
Expertise in MySQL or other database programming
Experience in Python is a huge plus. If not, must be willing to learn
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience in Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools
