The Lead Optimization Audit Specialist would be responsible for designing and maintaining Lead Optimization and Governance Audits.  They would also support the Governance Initiatives & Enhancement Manager responsible for Leads Structure Management and Substitution.  We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of leads and attributes, ensuring that pricing setups are precisely executed, and that any deviations are promptly communicated and resolved. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data audits and automated workflow monitoring.   

Key Responsibilities  

Lead Optimization Audit Design (DMEMs, Rules, Substitution, etc) 

  • Identify key attributes that need regular auditing and maintenance. 

  • Partner with Business Analytics to design Audit tools to expose outliers, deviations and exceptions to governance guardrails 

  • Determine Audit tool process & cadence 

  • Establish Audit tool automation 

DMEM & Rules Audit Activities: 

  • Conduct DMEM and Rules audit activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.  

  • Audit all segments in a consistent manner to gain uniformity.  

  • Compare rules expected with leads loaded to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment. Create comprehensive audit summary reports.  

  • Categorize exceptions based on severity, type, and impact.  

  • Communicate audit findings and exceptions to relevant groups for resolution.  

  • Monitor the completion of resolution actions and ensure issues are addressed promptly.  

Lead Optimization Audit Maintenance 

  • Maintain lead optimization audits to ensure accurate pricing setup and proper flow to other systems. 

  • Conduct regular lead maintenance oversight activities.  For example: lead expiration/termination process. 

Communication and Resolution: 

  • Communicate any deviations, changes, and resolutions to relevant stakeholder groups.

  • Monitor the completion of resolutions to ensure all issues are addressed timely and effectively. 

Substitution Day-to-Day Operations Support: 

  • Support the management and monitoring of CPT substitution activities. 

  • Support the management of CPT Enhanced Sub Table Item listing. 

  • Monitor automated workflows for CPT Enhanced Sub Table Profile maintenance and troubleshoot changes as needed. 

Continuous improvement: 

  • Provide clearly defined use cases and value propositions for new tools and processes. 

  • Cleanse data structures and create processes for ongoing maintenance. 

 

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills 

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proven experience with case management.  

  • Strong problem-solving skills.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT developers and business stakeholders (account management, contract administration).  

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. 

  • Familiarity with business process management 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • SAP experience. 

  • PowerBi experience. 

  • Experience with automated workflow systems (Salesforce.com). 

  • Knowledge of pricing mechanisms and their impact on downstream processes. 

  • Familiarity with Pharma pricing vehicle (leads) and substitution concepts.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$69,800 - $116,300
