The Team:

As a key member of our Global Calypso Team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of experienced professionals in an agile environment. You’ll work on strategic projects that ensure ING remains at the forefront of Financial Market Standards while continuously enhancing our systems. Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, your impact will be significant. You will work on high-stakes projects and improve our system's functionality with a focus on results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the Product Owner to refine functional specifications and translate them into application features.
Utilizing Calypso, Java, and other tools to develop and implement requested features efficiently.
Leading strategic projects and coordinating efforts with IT teams across different regions when needed.
Participating in DevOps teams to support business users and stakeholders globally.
Providing recommendations to enhance development tools and processes to improve efficiency.
Applying Agile methodologies in bi-weekly sprints to deliver results and continuously iterate on solutions.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Calypso experience.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Calypso back-office operations, including message setups and workflows.
Exhibit advanced Java programming skills and a basic understanding of payment processing.
Showcase strong analytical capabilities to design end-to-end solutions.
Embrace a continuous learning mindset and be proactive in complex projects.
Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders across various geographical regions.
