About Organization

Lead the development of mobile devices and terminals for both B2C and B2B users, ensuring compatibility with our network while driving the development of Rakuten original branded devices to enhance user experience. Maintain connectivity to Rakuten NW for all Rakuten Mobile devices and continue to provide attractive devices to attract Rakuten Mobile users.

Job Duties

Lead planning and development projects for mobile devices such as smartphones, MiFi routers, and IoT devices. Work closely with each internal stakeholder and device vendor to ensure the success of the project. While communication with sales and marketing teams is primarily conducted in Japanese, discussions with vendors and technical teams frequently require communication in English.

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven expertise in managing complex projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of IT methodologies with a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving effective communication across all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in mobile device development and collaboration with ODM vendors.
