Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Mental Health Team
Location: Halton
Rate: £33.30

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health team at Halton Borough Council.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will conduct assessments and develop personalized support plans, respond promptly to safeguarding concerns ensuring legal compliance, and provide emotional support, advocacy, and facilitate group sessions. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and agencies, you will advocate for clients' rights and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
