Provide on-site support across ATLAS, Kobayashi Maru (KM), and WarpCore platforms for classified and unclassified environments
Monitor IL-6 cloud-hosted apps, dashboards, infrastructure, and networking across Secret and TS/SCI domains
Track and respond to alerts, outages, system degradations using runbooks and escalation procedures
Serve as the Tier 1 escalation point; support or direct Tier 2/3 troubleshooting
Initiate and coordinate rollback or failover procedures based on ATLAS operational runbooks
Document and escalate network or system issues via JIRA or classified ticketing systems
Support and maintain infrastructure including firewalls, VMs, storage, switches, and edge devices
Lead or support tech refresh, configuration control, hardware inventory, and lifecycle management of ADPE systems
Maintain shift logs, system status reports, incident summaries
Provide metrics and analysis: uptime, Mean Time to Restore, trends, and performance improvements
Coordinate with 18th SDS, platform teams, and other vendors on integration and operational changes
Support training of Tier 1 Help Desk technicians, develop SOPs, call trees, and support guides
DoD 8140.01 / DoDI 8570.01 compliant (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, or equivalent)
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience supporting complex IT systems, infrastructure, or mission support environments
Experience in one or more of the following:
C2 systems
Mission-critical 24/7 operational environments
Cloud & on-prem network integration
Strong background in network protocols, VMs, dashboard monitoring tools, and ITSM systems
Experience with:
JIRA, Confluence, Mattermost
ATLAS, Kobayashi Maru platform
Agile DevSecOps environments
Prior military or government space/cyber experience
