We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our client’s production team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of aluminium fabrication processes including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential in this role.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and fabrication diagrams.
Cut, shape, and weld aluminium components using appropriate tools and equipment.
Assemble window frames, doors, partitions, curtain walls, and other aluminium structures.
Operate fabrication machines such as CNC routers, press brakes, shears, and saws.
Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing to meet design specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure fabricated parts meet client standards.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workshop.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Report material shortages or defects to the supervisor promptly.
ITI / Diploma in Fabrication / Welding / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in aluminium fabrication or metal works.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Certification in MIG/TIG welding (preferable but not mandatory).
Proficiency in working with aluminium and related materials.
Skilled in the use of power tools, measuring instruments, and welding equipment.
Basic understanding of CNC machinery and automated fabrication tools.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver within tight deadlines.
Good physical strength and stamina to work in a fabrication environment.
