Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and potential partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and webinars to build brand presence and generate leads.
Provide timely follow-ups on all leads generated via digital marketing, referrals, walk-ins, and social media.
Collaborate with internal teams including counseling, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client servicing.
Stay updated on the latest immigration and international education policies, destination-specific guidelines, and institutional offerings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns based on market insights.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 – 3 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition—preferably in the education, immigration, or consultancy industry

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil (additional languages like Hindi or Malayalam are a plus)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
