Who We are Looking For:

• Extensive knowledge of Subaru diagnostic systems, drivability, electrical, and advanced repairs

• Ability to lead repairs and mentor junior technicians

• Must be ASE Certified with at least 5+ years of dealership or equivalent experience

• Subaru factory training preferred

The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 - $60.00, which includes bonus opportunities based on Production/Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
