Hourly rate: $18/hour
Number of hours: Availability of at least 2.5 hours from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Weekdays to be determined), for a total of approximately 30 hours. Additional hours may be available.
Description:
Conversation Partners are proficient English speakers who help visiting students from abroad practice spoken English through informal conversations and sociocultural activities. Applicants must have clear and effective verbal communication skills, be capable of organizing and leading small group discussions and activities. Ideally, applicants will be current McGill engineering students. A brief training session and guidelines will be provided before the start of the program.
