Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

To support the hardware, software, and network technologies environments by proactively monitoring, and quickly responding to, incidents for multiple functions within the technical area of expertise. Frequently collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement detailed design, configuration, and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on security, uptime, and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to routine/semi-complex problems. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. #LI_DNI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience with the following: Microsoft Azure, Agile Framework, Citrix Virtual Desktops, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
