Support a Skilled and Collaborative Physician Team: Work closely with 5 experienced and supportive OBGYN physicians who value teamwork, communication, and high-quality patient care.

Autonomous Role with Purpose: This is a highly independent position where you’ll take ownership of scheduling gynecologic surgeries from start to finish—making a direct impact on patient care and surgical coordination.

Engage with Patients and Providers: Be the trusted liaison between patients, providers, and surgical teams. Your communication and organizational skills help ensure a smooth and informed experience for every patient.

Dynamic and Varied Work: No two days are the same. From coordinating complex surgery schedules to helping patients understand their surgical journey, your workday will be full of meaningful variety.

Ideal Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays required.

Summary

Maintains patient records, coordinates patient services and functions as a point of contact for medical staff, patients, care givers, and other healthcare organizations.

Job Description

Performs clerical duties including answering telephones, distributing mail, preparing and filing paperwork, ordering and storing supplies, and the schedules for the department. Responsible for greeting and directing visitors, relaying information and messages to staff. Files documents and test results within medical records. May track physician renewal and credentialing as well as vacation dependent upon department.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Post secondary education or equivalent training in a healthcare or business related field is preferred.

One year of applicable experience.
