About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Network Relationship Specialist to join our Network Partnerships Team, part of the Care for Business division. This role will play a critical part in onboarding out of home partners to our network and systems, maintaining relationships, support fulfillment and quality.

In this role you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, creating a positive first impression, identifying strategic partnerships within the first 90 days and where the network can maximize fulfillment, and working everyday to keep our partnerships positive and mutually beneficial. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a “make it happen” mindset to managing our network and ensuring high-quality partner engagement. You don’t shy away from a challenge, have terrific time management skills and can easily pivot between tasks. What You’ll Do

  • Day to day management of partnerships including fulfillment reviews, process check-ins, troubleshooting escalations, etc. 
  • Engagement with partners to support fulfillment, network capacity, and quickly to meet time-sensitive client needs.
  • Attention and keenness on partner brands to understand capacity and expansion plans
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all partners are meeting our compliance and engagement standards
  • Be a friendly, excited, and professional face that welcomes new locations to the network
  • Communication with partners to ensure network readiness – informational conversations, paperwork and document, as well as systems and implementation
  • Analyze performance metrics including unfilled requests, escalations, and coverage gaps by metro area.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve network fulfillment
  • Develop internal resources such as training materials, newsletters, process documentation, and guides/playbooks.
  • Continuously identify areas for operational improvement and support implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing overall network performance and partner engagement.

Who you are: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in relationship and or partnership management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Tableau or similar reporting dashboards
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high-energy, action-oriented approach to problem-solving

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000. 

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
