Media.Monks is looking to expand our creative service capabilities by hiring a full-time Senior UGC Specialist for our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Creative, you will be a trailblazer helping to expand the UGC offering for a top performance marketing agency. You will partner with our media team and alongside clients to develop paid ads that drive results.
Our performance creative team generates UGC to drive conversions for our clients. We work with content creators, not influencers, to produce white-labeled ad concepts for a variety of client types (ecomm, B2C lead gen, DTC, B2B). We don’t churn out content: we develop thoughtful, testing-led concepts with specific learning plans. We don’t depend on ‘gotchas’ or misleading hooks, we uphold the brand standards of our clients and produce high-quality work.
This role’s primary function is to own our UGC production process in full: developing client-specific concepts, talent sourcing, scripting, shot list development, talent kickoffs + coaching, footage review, reshoot requests, and video editing. You will be dedicated to 3-4 high-growth clients.
