Meet the job
As a Senior QA Engineer you lead the development of our digital banking platform with focus on the quality deliverable. You astonish your department and key stakeholders with your drive for product quality, improvement and innovation. You act as a quality ambassador and promote quality within and beyond your department; ability in facing clients to promote QA accelerators and ways of testing. You are overseeing the quality solutions that are implemented in the different projects or product components and making sure that they are in alignment. You are able to give guidance to QAs working on the projects/product components on meeting a certain level of quality in the selected solution.
Day-to-day you will be hands-on and meet with clients, test new features on different test levels (integration, system, functional, regression, exploratory testing), write and/or conduct test plans with schedules and dependencies. You will also produce defect metrics and reporting on the full QA process.
