As a Senior People & Culture Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our people practices align with our mission and values. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams to create a supportive, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment where every employee can thrive.

Responsibilities

    • Culture & Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen company culture, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Talent Development: Design and deliver programs for leadership development, career growth, and continuous learning to empower employees at all levels.
    • Employee Experience: Partner with HR and leadership to refine onboarding, performance management, and feedback systems to ensure a seamless employee journey.
    • Change Leadership: Guide teams through organizational changes with clarity, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to embed people-first practices into all aspects of the business, from hiring to recognition.
    • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in workplace culture, well-being, and HR tech to keep iSchool’s practices cutting-edge.

Requirements

    • Experience: 3 years in People & Culture, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, with a focus on culture, engagement, or talent development.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like SHRM, CIPD a plus).
    • Deep understanding of culture-building, and employee experience strategies.
    • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to engage teams and leaders.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in people analytics and HR tools.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust at all levels.
    • Passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, motivated, and set up for success.
