Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Representative to join the team in Cambodia. This role is sales-driven, focused on account management, and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and resellers. The ideal candidate is familiar with hardware and software products and understands how to navigate the local channel sales landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain customer data within CRM systems.
• Research, gather, and prepare product/service information for sales presentations.
• Coordinate and assist clients to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Meet monthly/yearly sales targets and generate regular sales reports.
• Up to date with new products and match them with suitable customer segments.
• Actively listen to customer needs and collaborate with the team to tailor solutions.
• Develop and manage relationships with resellers and other channel partners.
• Balance both new partner acquisition and existing partner management.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial sales environment, preferably in high-tech
or IT industries.
• Background in channel or partner sales, ideally with hardware/software product exposure.
• Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be currently based in Cambodia.
• Knowledge of local IT industry and partner/reseller landscape is a strong advantage.
• Khmer language skills are preferred; open to foreigners who are fluent in Khmer.
