Job Purpose

As a Project Delivery Manager at a dynamic technology company, you will take ownership of complex, end-to-end customer Unified Communications (UC) projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and business objectives.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and direct engagement with Channel Partners and the end-customer to deploy innovative UC solutions that align with our strategic technology roadmap and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project plans in collaboration with internal teams, clearly outlining tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues to minimize impact on timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Create professional, client-facing materials—including presentations and documentation—that clearly communicate complex information in a structured and accessible format.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and budget expectations.
• Promote consistent use of delivery methodologies by identifying skill or knowledge gaps and working with peers to address them. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating current practices and recommending actionable enhancements.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects with varying scopes, stakeholders, and business objectives.
• Monitor and report on project performance using a comprehensive set of KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Deliver concise, executive-level status reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present to client project boards, effectively translating complex technical or delivery concepts for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior Project Managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
• Lead internal initiatives aimed at strengthening project management and governance frameworks.
• As the organization and service portfolio grow, take ownership of a defined segment of the project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven success in delivering client-centric projects, consistently demonstrating high performance, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Experience working within structured, governance-led frameworks, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
• Familiarity with Unified Communications or Telephony technologies.
• Experience operating within a channel-based business model.

Budgeted salary range for this role is $67,000 - $87,000, plus Benefits.
