Job description

What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Strategy Development:
    Design and implement regional sourcing strategies for hardware, software, and IT consultancy services, ensuring alignment with global procurement policies and local business needs.
  • Supplier Management:
    Identify, evaluate, and manage a robust supplier base. Lead supplier performance reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance:
    Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and licensing agreements. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and facilities to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation:
    Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier innovations to inform sourcing decisions and drive competitive advantage.
  • Cost Optimization:
    Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, demand management, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.

What is required:

  • BS or BA in Purchasing, SCM, Engineering or another business-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or category management
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good administrating different projects and necessities
  • Good working knowledge of ERP purchasing systems, PPT, Word, Excel (pivot tables)
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days on site)
