Location: Hybrid (Gothenburg HQ / Remote)

The Role

As our new Teamleader, you will own both commercial and delivery aspects of a brand-new service line, building and scaling the team that brings it to life. You’ll wear two hats from day one—pitching and closing agency engagements, then jumping in to consult and project-manage their delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideation & Strategy: Present your vision for the new offering—define the value proposition, target market, core services, and how AI/automation will be embedded end-to-end.

Go-to-Market & Sales:

Prospect, pitch, and close agency contracts for your service line.

Leverage your track record of selling agency services—understand pricing models and procurement cycles in B2B tech.

Service Delivery:

Act as Senior Consultant / Account Manager on pilot projects—build roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure client success.

Develop processes, playbooks, and dashboards for repeatable, scalable delivery.

Team Building & Leadership:

Recruit and mentor a cross-functional team (consultants, analysts, developers) to deliver on your vision.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and client obsession.

Performance Management:

Define and track KPIs across sales (qualified meetings, deal velocity) and delivery (on-time delivery, NPS).

Use insights to iterate on both the offering and how the team works together.

Who You Are

Agency Sales & Delivery Pro: 3+ years selling agency-style services (B2B marketing, growth, or sales) and 3+ years consulting or project-managing those services—ideally within tech.

Team Architect: You’ve built, led, and grown teams from the ground up; recruiting, onboarding, and coaching are in your DNA.

Strategic & Hands-On: You craft big ideas but dive into the day-to-day—proposals, client workshops, reporting dashboards—without losing sight of the vision.

AI & Automation Enthusiast: You know how to integrate AI tools and automation into every stage—from prospecting and personalization to delivery efficiencies and analytics.

Data-Driven Storyteller: Comfortable with CRM, Marketing Automation, analytics platforms—you translate numbers into narrative and action.

Excellent Communicator: You inspire clients and colleagues alike, both in writing and in person.

Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
