What You'll do:

- Conducting detailed requirements gathering for business needs related to system development;

- Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement;

- Documenting functional specifications and business processes clearly;

- Collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business requirements;

- Supporting testing phases by validating requirements and providing feedback;

- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;

- Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes and documentation standards;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in business or functional analysis;

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Management , Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering;

- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement elicitation techniques;

- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories);

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

- Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements.
