Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
Possess valid IWCF (Supervisor level) Well control certificate including BOSIET certification and other certification per statutory regulations to perform the WORK at any location required by COMPANY.
Minimum of ten (10) years experience in appropriate Completion Engineering roles, including exposure to operations offshore Malaysia.
Minimum of seven (7) years experience in appropriate Well Testing Engineering roles, including exposure to operations offshore Malaysia.
Be able to demonstrate a varied background in Well Testing & completions engineering, including design, preferably to also include an understanding of well technology, sand control and an understanding of metallurgy.
Trained in the effective used of specialized / customized Continuous Improvement Performance Operations Optimization.
Familiar with the effective implementation of a comprehensive performance optimization and knowledge management process.
Trained in the delivery of flat time reduction campaigns, implementation of high-performance teams, end of well / campaign reviews, quarterly performance reviews and development of after-action reviews (AAR), Lessons Learnt (LL) and best practices (BP) database.
Trained in the implementation of pro-active based culture processes.
Trained in a proven root cause analysis tool.
Trained in the concept of an interdependent operational culture (SIMOP) and how to work effectively with the team to develop this culture.
