About the Role:

As a Lead Photographer, you'll be the captain of your photography team at school events. You'll not only take amazing photos but also guide and mentor other photographers, ensuring smooth and efficient picture days. You'll be interacting at events, providing outstanding customer service and upholding our high standards of quality.
Coverage area includes, but is not limited to, some of the following Ohio cities: Columbus, Lancaster, Marietta, Zanesville, Coshocton

What You'll Do:

• Lead by Example: Capture high-quality images while demonstrating photography best practices to your team.  
• Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and support to other photographers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.  
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee photography events, ensuring timely setup, efficient workflow, and a positive customer experience.  
• Troubleshooting Expert: Handle equipment issues and resolve on-site challenges effectively.  
• Communication Pro: Maintain clear communication with your team, school staff, and Inter-State Studio management.  
• Customer Service Champion: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.  

Qualifications

What You Need:
 

• Photography Skills: Proven ability to capture high-quality images in a fast-paced environment.  
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to motivate and guide a team, ensuring everyone works together effectively.  
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of photography equipment and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.  
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and parents.  
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: You'll need to transport yourself and equipment to various locations.
