Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving & Advancement Operations and supporting the Gift Processing Manager, the Advancement Services Coordinator will be an integral member of the Advancement team supporting gift processing, overseeing donor database management, reporting, donor crediting and recognition protocols, and internal systems to ensure efficient and accurate operations across the Advancement team. The ideal candidate combines sharp attention to detail with a strategic mindset and a commitment to supporting the creation of systems that enable relationship-based fundraising at scale.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $54K. This role is represented by Local 2110 and will be paid in accordance with the BAM/UAW Local 2110 Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is full-time, non-exempt, and eligible for benefits.
