Job description

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their team onsite in Knoxville, TN and provide end-user support. This resource will work the hours of 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime hours may be required for project work, with additional OT available as well. This resource will be provided a cell phone and laptop. This ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform account management and maintenance for various applications and systems (e.g., creates or modifies user accounts and permissions, and performs password resets)
  • Consistently provide and update notes, feedback, or documentation via the appropriate ticketing systems to track and monitor issues
  • Communicate with customers at all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets
  • Follow-up with end users to provide status updates as per service level guidelines(SLA's)
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience servicing printers
  • Experience with wide format printers a plus
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and install PC/Kiosk, Point of sale devices and printers
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
 
 
Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $16.15 - $25.25 per hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
