The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Processing accounts payable (AP) invoices, opening mail, logging utilities, and managing emails using Outlook.
  • Assisting with the weekly check run and ensuring weekly deadlines are met.
  • Following instructions accurately and efficiently.
Specific qualifications for the position include
  • 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in real estate or construction is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, AP systems, and SAP.
Pay Rate Range:  $17.60 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
