Job Description:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage business analysis activities within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop detailed project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team
Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Utilize agile methodologies to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis.

Skill Requirements:

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
Proficiency in agile methodology and experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects through effective business analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certification in business analysis or agile methodology is a plus.
