Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and reconfigurations.

Conduct drive tests, analyze logs, and use RF planning and optimization tools.

Manage parameter tuning, neighbor list optimization, carrier aggregation, and interference mitigation.

Support network rollout projects, including site integration, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
\r\n\t
Collaborate with Core Network, Transmission, and OSS teams to ensure end-to-end service quality.
\r\n\t
Provide technical support for new site integrations, re-homing activities, and software upgrades.
\r\n\t
Create and maintain network documentation, including configurations, plans, and optimization reports.
\r\n\t
Stay updated on industry standards (3GPP) and technological advancements.
