General information about the position:
Providing supervision of Direct Care staff and coverage coordination. Participate in the hiring, training, and supervision of staff. Attentiveness of reportable events and submitting reports within required time frames. Manages and monitors client finances within required time frames. Serve as liaison with service coordinators, families, other agencies, and internal staff. Manages client caseloads, weekly review of client charts/records, and monitoring Daily Shift Notes. Supervision and evaluation of service delivery quality to clients. Coordinates and ensures staff and the program’s daily activities are completed efficiently. Must maintain a current working knowledge of Supported Living Services, Federal and State laws, including familiarity with Title 17 regulations. This is NOT a remote/hybrid position. This job requires some occasional travel, to clients' residencies, and meetings at various locations within the area.

Education: A degree is great, but we are looking for experience .
