🎯 What You’ll Do in This Role:


 As the IDT Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) within our PACE program. You’ll handle scheduling, documentation, meeting prep, and data management—ensuring efficient team coordination, smooth communication, and compliance with both organizational and regulatory standards. Your work directly supports the delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative & Communication Support:

  • Provide primary administrative support to the Program Integrity department and assist other team members as needed
  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and timely follow-up
  • Facilitate smooth communication across teams to support effective operations

Meeting & Information Management:

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and track follow-up tasks
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Ensure timely follow-up and communication after meetings

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Create, update, and maintain service documentation and assessments
  • Organize and track records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Share updates and decisions related to documentation and reporting needs

Project & Problem-Solving Support:

  • Assist with special projects, including research, coordination, and data tracking
  • Help resolve issues using sound judgment and collaboration across departments

Adaptability & Collaboration:

  • Adjust to shifting priorities and tasks to meet team and organizational needs
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration and seek ongoing skill development

Confidentiality:

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with privacy standards

âś… What You’ll Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Experience with medical electronic database systems (e.g., EMRs/EHRs)
