Urgently Hiring: Certified Water Restoration Lead Technician

Join our team as a Certified Water Restoration Lead Technician at our Anaheim, CA location, where you’ll play a key role in restoring homes and businesses affected by water, fire, and other damage events.

Your Role

You’ll be on the front lines of emergency restoration, ensuring quality work and top-tier customer service. This hands-on leadership role includes:

Responding to emergency water/fire damage claims quickly and professionally
Leading the mitigation crew and ensuring all work meets high standards
Overseeing setup and use of restoration equipment (moisture meters, drying systems, extractors, etc.)
Performing demolition, drying, fire/smoke damage cleanup, deodorization, and content restoration
Conducting specialized cleaning in crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging areas
Documenting work thoroughly using DASH, Matterport, and other company software

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in water restoration
3+ IICRC certifications (WRT, CCT, AMRT, RRT, ASD, HST, FRST)
Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in physically demanding environments
Familiarity with restoration software (DASH, Matterport) is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
