Responsibilities
\n\n As Head of Service, you will:
\n- Lead and develop our regional service teams (Germany, Finland, Spain)
- Design and implement scalable service processes, tools, and KPIs
- Drive performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
- Introduce innovation through automation, AI agents, and self-service concepts
- Foster cross-regional collaboration and talent development
- Act as the voice of the customer in our leadership team
- Report directly to the CEO
