Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Consultant with expertise in Accounting and Finance to help implement, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo and accounting principles, with the ability to improve financial operations through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Odoo accounting modules (invoicing, budgeting, reporting, etc.).
Analyze and optimize clients' financial workflows using Odoo.
Provide ongoing client support, training, and system enhancements.
Facilitate data migration and ensure data accuracy in financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and implement financial controls.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience with Odoo accounting modules and financial operations.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Odoo's accounting modules; knowledge of SQL/Python for customization is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
