We are hiring a CNM2 -Emergency Department for our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Permanent / Full-time
Responsibilities
Delivering excellent clinical and professional leadership.
Utilizing an evidence-based approach to guarantee clinical efficacy and efficiency, manage patient care to the highest professional standards.
Keep an eye on the level of service quality and offer knowledgeable counsel and direction.
Make sure patients receive the right information and that all paperwork is accurate.
Assess, create, oversee, and direct the application of best practice policies and procedures.
As needed, submit pertinent reports to the director of nursing and other people.
Keep an eye on grievances and collaborate with the risk and quality management.
To increase patient satisfaction, take part in quality improvement projects.
Making that the department is current with the standards and regulations of HIQA and JCI
Give the Senior Management Team regular updates on the performance of the emergency department and its key performance indicators.
Requirements
Be listed on The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland's active register.
Have worked as an accident and emergency nurse for at least five years after registering, two of which must be recent.
Possess an emergency nursing postgraduate degree that is at least Level 7 on the NFQ framework.
Possess a management degree and/or experience in management that is pertinent to the position, as well as proof of ongoing professional growth.
