Position Summary:
 We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced Family Medicine team in Santaquin.  The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. While the primary focus is on preventive care and chronic disease management, weight loss & acute care is also part of the daily workflow.


Each provider is supported by a dedicated nursing staff to ensure efficient and thorough care delivery. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Experience in family medicine is preferred but not required—we offer a supportive environment with multiple providers available for guidance and collaboration during every shift.   Come join a dynamic team that values innovation, quality care, and professional growth!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct medical care under the supervision of a physician
  • Conduct physical exams, gather and document patient histories, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate appropriate treatment plans
  • Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Collaborate with the supervising physician and care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
  • Successful completion of National certification as an NP or PA
  • Current Utah licensure and DEA certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement



This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday
