JD - Executive Assistant

· Level: EA to Leadership team

· Location: PAN India

· Experience: 8-10 years in a similar role

· Qualification: Graduation / Masters in any field

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Managing the secretarial responsibilities for the leader including but not limited to travel and stay & concierge arrangements, expense filing,

· calendar management, organizing conference calls, documentation management, coordination with other leaders and teams, as needed

· Team Coordination - Day to day coordination with the internal and other business teams

· Documentation - Preparing reports/agreements, Maintaining business databases like client contacts and presentations.

· Precision + and time management

· Assistance in local network –Approving expenses, bills, invoices raised for the leader’s approval, approving WIPs, independence and risk

· approvals, get documents vetted by OGC

· Maintaining confidentiality – maintaining confidential agreements, contracts, important documents and keep a tab on their renewals

· Work with the leader on firm wide projects, as required

Desired Skills

· Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

· Prior experience in allied roles is mandatory

Essential Skills

· The candidate should have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance

· Effective time management and project management skills.

· Should be sincere and willing to multi task

· Should be calm, confident and agile.
