The Customer Support Liaison is responsible for effective administration and management of the relationship between facility and pharmacy. This includes the assimilation and provision of comprehensive information on current policies and procedures for both the pharmacy and LTC facility. Additionally, this involves knowing all current operations for the pharmacy and facility in order to insure the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
Skills and duties include relationship building, problem solving skills, communication skills, ability to travel, professionalism, nursing/LTC background
Typical work Hours are:
8am-5pm Monday - Friday with occasional evenings
