Job Description:

POS Analyst

As a POS Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Align with biz POS strategy for distributor onboarding, deliver distributor training and handle daily inquiry from both distributor and biz team.
• Process, post and review POS data per defined expectations (including channel data collection, conditioning, data validation etc.).
• Escalate any non-compliant files or transactions.
• Data analysis, hold monthly quality reviews and provide core metrics.
• Distributor rebate and sales incentive support.
• Operation process optimization.
• Biz request management and project leading.
• Other daily work as required.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Good data processing and analytical skills
• Strong communication motivation and skills
• Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
• Experienced in distributor data management
• Having experiences in healthcare business is preferred.

Work location: Shanghai

Travel: May include up to 10%
