Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet the required specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing support and guidance to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise. - Provide support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Continuously improve application performance and usability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java or Angular or React.js. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Japanese Language. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office ONLY and working from office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
