Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on AI technologies, tools, and SaaS service trends that can optimize customer engagement, implementation, and success.
Identify current CSS workflows where automation or intelligent solutions could enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with CSS leaders to understand process gaps and recommend applicable AI solutions.
Analyze findings and provide a strategic framework for piloting or implementing top recommendations.
Develop supporting documentation, summaries, and a final executive presentation to showcase proposed innovations and ROI potential.

Qualifications:

Enrollment in a university program, with completion of at least two years of study in a relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent research and communication abilities, including writing and presenting findings.
Interest in and foundational knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Passion for innovation and exploring new solutions. Academic projects or experience related to AI
Understanding of basic business processes in the assigned area of focus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
