Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research AI tools and innovations that can improve SaaS technical support—think automation, smart triage, chatbot integrations, and predictive issue resolution.
  • Analyze current TSS workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency, speed, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand user pain points, repetitive tasks, and data challenges within support operations.
  • Evaluate platforms for technical feasibility, customer impact, and long-term value.
  • Build a business case and executive presentation that outlines your top AI recommendations and potential ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a university program, with completion of at least two years of study in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent research and communication abilities, including writing and presenting findings.
  • Interest in and foundational knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Passion for innovation and exploring new solutions. Academic projects or experience related to AI
  • Understanding of basic business processes in the assigned area of focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
