CIS staff are requested to be approved drivers for the organization to assist with transportation of patients home from services, admission to an inpatient program, or other external appointments are requested. \nHigh Point is excited to be growing and expanding mental health services in the Brockton Community for patients experiencing an acute mental health crisis requiring a crisis intervention assessment and connection to services.
\nAs part of the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) initiative, Brockton High Point will be transitioning to become the new Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) agency for the Brockton community and surrounding towns. MCI services provide 24/7/365 crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health crisis, including increased mental health symptoms, concerns for safety to self or others, and seeking access to services. Crisis evaluations support patients and families in assessing the crisis and determining the next step and referral for treatment, including: Inpatient hospitalization, dual diagnosis services, Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS), outpatient services under the CBHC for adults and youth, and referrals to external agencies for other services.

\nResponsible for conducting building internal and external security rounds
\nAssist with routine and emergency medical and psychiatric problems including 1:1 observation, safety checks, emergency procedures/situations, etc.
\nAssist with Restraint & Seclusion per Policy
\nRecord interactions and observations about the patients’ behavior in daily reports and communicate verbally to nursing or clinical staff any pertinent information and participates in treatment team as required
\nConduct/assist with room and property searches when indicated
\nUtilize standard precautions at all times
\nDemonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients/clients as defined by the patient’s right
\nAttend all unit, facility meeting and case conferences as director by Supervisor

Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour based on experience and degree (eligible for shift differentials)
Status: Part Time or Per Diem; 3pm-11:30pm Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Tuesday
