Job description

Dixon is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both external customers and internal teams. Leadership skills are a must for this candidate. 

 What You’ll Do:

  • Support customers with sales and product inquiries.
  • Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Resolve issues by identifying solutions that align with both customer satisfaction and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service.

 What We’re Looking For:

  •  2–5 years of customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
