We are looking for an experienced and qualified Content Manager with a passion for the Online Casino industry to help us develop and drive our content strategy in line with our brand’s image and business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acts as the main stakeholder for all content activities related to our brands to ensure quality, clarity and consistency throughout.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with department goals and ensure that all deadlines are adhered to.
- Where applicable, develop and maintain CRM Content Calendar.
- Collaborate with your team and the CRM department to ensure CRM content is optimised towards targeted segments.
- Where applicable, develop and maintain content calendars for various social channels.
- Collaborate with Site Managers, where applicable and ensure content is optimised for the specific channel and target audience.
- Drive our content strategy throughout our portfolio of Casino sites across multiple channels.
- Assist in identifying new content opportunities for our brands, exploring ways to repurpose existing content throughout the site to maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Ensure close collaboration with the team on site performance in order to optimise content and maximise conversions.
- Manage a talented, multinational team of writers and ensure that all content delivered is in line with our content strategy and brand guidelines.
- Train, support, and empower your team to achieve organisational goals and deliver the best possible product to our users, while ensuring that every teammate has a fulfilling and growth-fuelled experience.
- Oversee the team's keyword discovery research and analysis to implement keyword expansion and SEO recommendations.
- Ensure content team adherence to Agile working principles and established Jira processes.
- Manage and liaise with external agencies and freelancers with regards to any content creation activities, paying strong attention to local trends and focusing on content localisation across site, CRM and social channels.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to content publishing and constantly tracks performance of content using the relevant tools.
- Ensure close collaboration with the team on site performance in content and maximise conversions.
- Collaborate with Product, Video and Design teams and take ownership of brand content, style and tone of voice.
- Ensure close collaboration with the sales team to ensure content creation aligns with sales strategy towards top revenue generating operators.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the industry and generate new ideas to drive traffic.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be a confident team leader with proven experience in managing Content teams
- Have experience in content writing and knowledge of the Casino industry
- Have extensive know-how around key online casino terms and features
- Have an understanding of SEO rules and best practices
- Be knowledgeable of Casino Affiliation
- Be flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
- Be organized, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Have good organizational and time-management skills
How you’ll work:
