Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with market trends, market segments, and company goals.
Define and implement a consistent framework for evaluating and prioritizing strategic opportunities, specifically for "build, buy, partner" decisions across product and go-to-market operational teams.
Ensure alignment of strategic opportunities with overall company objectives and resource allocation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
Market and Financial Analysis
Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Facilitate research, competitive intelligence, and business modeling to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Develop and present strategic recommendations supported by robust data and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather input and build consensus on strategic priorities.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
MBA from a top business school
At least 2 years of experience at a management consulting firm
Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of business strategy, finance, and operations.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the software industry or related technology sectors.
Familiarity with SaaS business models.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
