Partner with the best

In the Manufacturing Engineering Team of the Packaging Cell, dedicated to full mechanical and electrical assembly of Gas & Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors and Turboexpanders auxiliary systems, we are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer, with the following responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:​

  • Optimizing routing and assembly sequences to drive innovation, while targeting standardization and cost out on GT, ST & CC Packages.
  • Leveraging on new technologies and methods to increase productivity and reduce lead time in packaging area.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Procurement organization to scout new potential suppliers, benchmark other industries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Daily interacting with Operations and Packaging contractors to provide quick technical support in execution phase.
  • Monitoring the project Direct Labour Budget and being accountable for negotiations with Contractors
  • Being involved in manufacturability assessment of new products, ITO support in quotations, Handbook update.
  • Being the interface between Engineering, Manufacturing and Customers to address needs, connect the dots and digitalize our processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent related experience
  • Show good knowledge of assembly, testing or packaging activities
  • Display good knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Be a great team player with analytical mindset
  • Show a good level both of English and Italian knowledge
  • Eligibility to work in EU

Preferred Qualification

  • Green Belt Certification
  • AEC and Oracle skills
  • 3D Design Software basic knowledge
