Our HR Shared Services provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters. we provide coaching, HR process expertise, other general HR activities

Partner with the best

As a OpEx Leader, you're responsible for driving overall governance around Regional Operating model by analyzing various end-to-end processes, workstream structure and operationalization with relevant capacity & capability evaluation as well as the right documentation & training availability.

As a OpEx Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating all the HRSS tier-1 processes and propose a sustainable operating Model by analyzing various end-to-end processes, workstream structure and operationalization with relevant capacity & capability evaluation as well as the right documentation & training availability.
  • Conducting deep dive to see volumes and productivity trends for various tier-1 processes
  • Identifying the automation opportunities and coordinate with HR technology team to propose suitable automation solutions, timeline, cost, and other implications.
  • Coordinating with HRSS teams as well as other COEs to build the employee articles and FAQs for low and medium complexity HR Services to have at least 20% of Tier 0 conversions in 12 months.
  • Managing each of the workstream related documentation including SOPs, Process maps, Checklists, work instructions, RACI matrix and bow-tie analysis
  • Working as a focal point between catcher and Pitcher teams to complete the migration of HR projects for the identified additional scope
  • Executing the weekly rhythms to show the progress of various in-house projects, as the regional focal point.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field from an accredited college.
  •  Experience on projects, transformations, and deployment of HR Shared Services organization.
  • English fluent. Spanish desire.
  • Be certified as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • Have knowledge of Operational Excellence, business processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to human resources.
  • Have awareness of Lean six sigma with a proven record of implementation within the projects.
  • Have excellent and proven interpersonal and communication, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Have excellent time management, planning and organizational skills and ability to work with a tight deadline
  • Have the ability to create and apply templates using various software tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams, and Visio.
